For making Giving a part of routine culture
Every team will kick off the “Sharing is Giving” activity during the Morning Talk session each day.
Activity guidelines:
The member in the team "shares what they're giving" to others on previous days.
And tell a short feeling such as gladness, pleasure, got knowledge, etc.
Not only just a big deals such as
Helped friends with the printing machine
Shared technical works
Listen to your friends vent their stress
Buy a coffee for them
Giving encouragement to someone
Every team leader to building an atmosphere of sharing to encourage everyone to dare to express themselves and see the value of "Giving" in their own ways.
