Sodium Benzoate NF/FCC is a Food Chemicals Codex Grade that's commonly used in the food and cosmetic product
It has the property of inhibiting the growth of microorganisms such as bacteria, yeast, and mold. When melting in the water, it became to Benzoic Acid which works well condition under low PH (pH 3–6)
