Barium Sulphate

Barium Sulfate is an inorganic compound that appears as a dense, white crystalline powder. It is odorless, insoluble in water, and has a specific gravity approximately four times that of water. With its high chemical stability, Barium Sulfate is suitable for applications that require high-density materials with excellent environmental resistance. Though generally inert, it is soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid.
